Refunds & cancellations

1. 01Fees

   • The fee, in Indian rupees, is shown on the event page before you pay. The amount you are charged is always calculated by our server, never by your browser.
   • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your registration is confirmed only after Razorpay confirms the payment to us.

2. 02If the club cancels

   If the club cancels a paid event, every participant who paid receives a full refund of the fee.

3. 03If you cancel

   An event page may state a cancellation deadline and how much of the fee is refundable before it. If the event page does not state these terms, contact the club before the event and we will review your request. Once an event has started, fees are not refundable.

4. 04Failed or duplicate payments

   If money left your account but your registration was not confirmed, or you were charged twice for the same registration, contact us with the payment reference shown by Razorpay. Verified failed or duplicate charges are refunded in full.

5. 05How refunds are paid

   Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. After the club issues a refund, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
